Q – Do I need to bring my own car?
A – Yes you do. We don’t have cars for hire, although there are plenty of people who hire cars for trackdays (click here)
Q – Does my car need to be insured?
A – It is entirely up to you and at your own risk. You won’t be covered by your own road insurance, so you will need specific trackday insurance if you do!
Q – Does my car need to be road legal?
A – No. But it does have to be road worthy. Any cars dropping oil on the track will be black flagged.
Q – Can I bring my open wheeled car?
A – I’m afraid not. Only closed wheeled cars are allowed on the track at the same time. If you have an MSA licence, why not book a test day with us? Call the office on 01446 796460 for more information.
Q – Do I need to wear a helmet?
A – You do indeed and it must have a Gold British Standard sticker or a Blue over ‘Euro Standard’ label stitched inside. If you don’t have one, we can hire you one on the day for £20.
Q – What is the minimum age limit?
A – 18. We know there are some excellent drivers who are under 18, but, due to the terms of our insurance we cannot accept drivers under 18 on our trackdays.
Q – Can I take passengers?
A – Yes, but they have to be over 16 years old and 1.5m in height. We allow each car participating to have 2 passengers during the day (although only one at a time is permitted!!) and they MUST sign on a get a wrist band at the beginning of the day.
Q – Can I have an extra driver?
A – Yes you can, but we do limited it to 1 per car and they must be in the same group as the primary driver. They also MUST attend the safety briefing at the beginning of the day.

“Just want to say a huge thanks to all the staff & marshalls especially, at Llandow Circuit for such an excellent, fun, safe trackday. All the participants demonstrated an excellent standard of good safe fast driving.
Many thanks for letting us continue running in the monsoons & right through to the last minute. It gave us the opportunity to get the new suspension on our little MX5 set up in preperation for a sprint race next weekend.
See you at the next trackday.”
